what we collect

through this website we only collect the email address you give us if you sign up to our newsletter, and whatever you send us by email. we don't run a contact form or user accounts.

table reservations are handled separately

when you book a table, you do so directly inside a booking widget provided by covermanager, embedded on our reservations page. covermanager collects and stores that booking data (name, phone, email, party size, etc.) as an independent controller under its own privacy policy — we don't receive or keep a copy of it on this website. see covermanager's privacy policy at covermanager.com/en/privacy-policy.

why we process it, and on what basis

• newsletter emails — sent with your consent, given when you sign up. you can withdraw it at any time.
• replying to your emails — based on your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.

who we share it with

we use brevo to send our newsletter; your email address is stored on their platform as our processor, under a data processing agreement. we don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

how long we keep it

newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

your rights

under the gdpr, you can ask us to:

• access the data we hold about you
• correct inaccurate data
• delete your data
• restrict or object to processing
• receive your data in a portable format
• withdraw consent at any time, e.g. by unsubscribing from the newsletter

complaints

if you think we've mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the spanish data protection authority (agencia española de protección de datos, aepd) at aepd.es.
